Purchase Paper Documents
The AIA Mississippi Chapter office maintains a complete inventory of all current AIA Contract Documents in paper form. These documents are available for sale during regular business hours to members of AIA and non-members, including the general public. AIA members and AIA Mississippi Allied members in good standing are eligible to purchase AIA documents at a discounted member rate.
Determine Which Documents You Need
Before you place your order, we recommend you visit the AIA national web site to determine the specific documents that best meet your needs. Users must exercise independent judgment and may require the advice of legal counsel when deciding which documents are appropriate for a particular project. Knowing how the documents are organized will assist you in your selection process.
You can also stop by the Chapter office if you are in the Mississippi area to take advantage of our documents resource area. The Chapter maintains a loose leaf notebook of AIA Contract Documents for members/visitors to browse and view all of the paper documents in their full and original form. Learn more.

Need a paper copy of a 1997 document that is being phased out? We will continue to carry 1997 documents that were part of the recent update until our stock is depleted. We will not restock 1997 contract docments. See above for links for more information on the 2007 updates. E-mail Kristen Anderson if you have questions as to availability.

Use our Contract Documents fax order form to speed your order processing. Simply fax your completed document order sheet including your contact information to the AIA Mississippi office at (Fax) 601-360-8387. We'll call you to confirm time of pick-up and method of payment. Mail orders are also available for an additional fee to cover the cost of postage and handling.
