Exhibitor Opportunities

Product Exposition Vendor | $1,000 per booth

• Booth set-up is on a Thursday afternoon with break down on the afternoon of the very next day. 
• Seven of the convention’s first 24 hours are set aside exclusively for architects to socialize and interact with exhibitors. There will be no other concurrent events competing with these time blocks. You are not in the exhibit hall unless we are! Activities include:
  
  • A welcome LUAU that includes all convention attendees in the exhibit hall. Differentiate your company by being an event sponsor. 
  • Irish Coffee Breakfast Friday in the exhibit hall.
  • Dedicated product exposition including must-be-present-to-win door prizes and signature sheets designed to drive members to your booths. We ask all exhibitors to bring a door prize valued at a minimum of $50.    
  • Post-exposition input session with AIA Mississippi Executive Board members. Tell us what worked and what needs improvement to make next year’s session an even better value for you.
